DAY 1: ​HANOI FOOD STREET

OPTION 1:

 

09.00: Luxury Outing guide will pick you up at our office (58 Hang Be st) or at your hotel in The Old Quarter. Having a walk with our guide to the Church - the oldest one in Hanoi with French architecure. After that, you will have chance to try the best Pillow cake (Bánh Gối) in the Old Quarter. Walking back to the Old Town, you will try Chicken Noodle soup (Phở Gà). Our guide will explain the reason why local people here so much love this dish. On the way, the guide will take you to walk by Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple for taking photograph. After enjoying Papaya Salad (Nộm Đu Đủ), a glass of fresh beer and BBQ pork stick (Thịt Xiên Nướng) and then try the fresh Fruit Salad (Hoa quả dầm). Before ending your trip, spend your relaxing time on enjoying the real Hanoi coffee, called Egg Coffe (Cà Phê Trứng). You can stay a bit longer in coffee shop and chat more with our guide about Vietnamese cuisine or culture.

 

OPTION 2:

 

09.00: Luxury Outing guide will pick you up at our office (58 Hang Be st) or at your hotel in The Old Quarter. Visiting Hanoi, you should never miss the BBQ pork with dry noodle (Bún Chả). You might find Bun Cha in your country, but in Hanoi is really different from yours. Because it is cooked by a very Vietnamese traditional recipe. After that, you will try a Bread with mix salad and pork inside (Bánh Mì Thịt). Slowly walking in the Old Town, you will try the Rolling cake (Bánh Cuốn), Sticky rice with sweet bean soup (Xôi Chè). On the way back, the guide will take you walk by Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple for taking photograph. Maybe, you are wondering what the next course, right? That is Mix Fruit Salad (Hoa Quả Dầm).
